Greetings from another rainy day in Beaver Stadium, Penn State fans! James Franklin’s Nittany Lions welcome first-year head coach D.J. Durkin and Maryland for Homecoming. We’ll have live updates throughout today’s noon contest on this page, including analysis, photos, tweets, and more. The game will air live on Big Ten Network. 3:10 — Koa Farmer jars it loose and Penn State recovers!

6:06 — TOUCHDOWN MCSORLEY! He makes it 17-7!

12:20 — Tyler Davis extends his field goal streak and puts the Lions up 10-7.

7:13 — Perry Hills finds Ty Johnson for a 66-yard pitch and catch. 7-7.

12:15 — TOUCHDOWN, PENN STATE! Mike Gesicki hauls in the pass from McSorley to put the Lions on top 7-0.

15:00 — Trace McSorley finds Hamilton for a 21 yard pickup on a rollout. Barkley follows up with a big gain of his own to get the Lions across the 50.

Pregame

Irvin Charles seems to have found his place in Penn State’s offense. Look for him to get more work in the deep passing game.
