The rally begins at 1:45 p.m. with speakers prior to making the move to the Henderson Building, where voting is open Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The ticket presale begins Wednesday at 10 a.m. for Penn State wrestling season ticket holders, current Nittany Lion Club members, individuals on the Penn State wrestling season ticket waiting list, and members of the Penn State Wrestling Booster Club.
