Donald Trump Jr. To Campaign In State College October 20
Donald Trump Jr. will campaign on behalf of his father in State College on Tuesday, October 20, the campaign announced this week.
Trump Jr.’s in-person “Make America Great Again!” event will begin at 3 p.m. at Fullington Trailways up near the University Park Airport. Doors for the event will open at 1:30 p.m.
Prospective attendees can register for the event ahead of time through the Trump campaign’s website.
When registering, you’ll be asked to “assume all risks” related to potentially contracting the coronavirus and waive any liability for illness or injury on the Trump campaign’s part, as well as the host venue, campaign staff, and volunteers. Notably, it doesn’t appear guests are required to wear face masks or practice social distancing at the event.
Trump Jr. last visited Happy Valley in April 2019, when he hosted a guest lecture on Penn State’s campus. At that event, he was joined by former Fox News commentator Kimberly Guilfoyle and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
Election Day is just about two weeks away, folks! Pennsylvanians can register to vote until Monday, October 19 and request mail-in or absentee ballots until October 27.
