The Official Penn State-Nebraska Drinking Game

You already know the drill. Another Saturday means another sad drinking game to wash away the pain (or celebrate a victory!).

This time, Penn State will travel to Memorial Stadium to face off against Nebraska. After another loss to Maryland, the Nittany Lions are attempting to get their first win of the season.

You probably haven’t stopped drinking since last weekend, but now is not the time to give up! As much as this season hurts, it’s also important to have a socially distanced good time with your friends. So sit back, grab a cold one, and responsibly enjoy this week’s official drinking game.

  • First, finish your drink. You’ll need it.
  • Take a shot for every turnover. They’re far too common these days.
  • Sip your drink for every sad song that comes up on your watch party playlist. CuPs oF tHe RoSé.
  • Take a shot if you’re sad.
  • Chug your drink if James Franklin starts yelling from the sidelines.
  • Take a big sip if you see a cardboard cutout you recognize.
  • Take a few shots if the commentators mention Journey Brown. We love you, but it still hurts.
  • Celebrate and finish your drink if Penn State finally wins.
  • Finish every drink in sight if Penn State loses. Hell, don’t stop drinking until next week, too.

As always, enjoy the game, drink responsibly, and stay safe!
