Your Spring 2021 Sylly Week Playlist

Happy remote Sylly Week, Penn State! We’re kicking off the semester at home or in our downtown apartments, but it would be “sylly” to break a Penn State tradition.

We’ve created a student-friendly, jam-packed playlist for any mood during Sylly Week with songs like Drake’s “Laugh Now Cry Later” and Billie Eilish’s “Therefore I Am.” Whether you’re pumped up for THON or dreading your 8 a.m. Zoom, this playlist will get you ready for it all.

We’ve included a few catchy TikTok anthems, party throwbacks, and new songs from the likes of SZA — even Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License” in case you’re feeling a bit of heartbreak.

So grab your AirPods or your Bluetooth speaker and take a listen to 30 songs to get you through the rest of the week. Enjoy!

Trae Morgan-White

Trae is a senior majoring in digital and print journalism, residing from Philadelphia. Do not ask him about cheesesteaks from Pat's or Geno's, it's downright cruel. Aside from his passion for writing and graphic design, he is also an avid music lover, a poet, and he has an addiction to making Spotify playlists and singing in front of an invisible audience. Yikes. You can witness Trae's bizarre music tastes or offer him a Sony Music internship on Twitter: @blancoBLK.
