[Photo Story] Penn State Faces White Out Conditions

Winter has come, folks.

After a record-breaking snowstorm brought almost a foot and a half of snow to State College in December, another timely nor’easter arrived in the area Sunday morning.

Sidewalks and buildings were coated with a powder dusting, adding a beautiful accent to the many trees and buildings scattered all over campus.

The snow really started coming down in the middle of the afternoon, creating White Out conditions that James Franklin would surely be proud of.

Doesn’t the Symbol of Our Best somehow even more majestic in the snow?

As the snow continued to fall, campus stayed quiet, spare for the occasional plow. Some folks braved their way through the winds, eager to take in the sight of campus in the snow.

One group even decided to build a snowman on Old Main Lawn. Remember to #MaskUpOrPackUp, folks!

As beautiful as Old Main is on a sunny day, who could miss out on a photo op with Old Main in the snow?
