Micah Parsons & Son Wear Matching Suits Ahead Of 2021 NFL Draft

Update, 9:38 p.m. — The cuteness continues…

Update, 7:15 p.m.: Here’s a full look at Micah Parsons and his son’s matching suits on the red carpet.

Not too shabby!

Original Story: Former Penn State football star linebacker Micah Parsons has an outfit that’s red carpet worthy, folks.

The Harrisburg native and his son, Malcolm, donned matching Nittany Lion blue suits ahead of Thursday night’s NFL Draft. How can you not love this?

Parsons is expected to have a big night during Thursday’s first round, as he’s considered to be one of the top defensive prospects in this year’s draft pool. While some reports have been swirling about a possible drop to late in the first round due to “character issues”, there’s no arguing with the linebacker’s numbers during his two-year career under James Franklin.

The Harrisburg native leaves Penn State with 191 career tackles, 6.5 sacks, and six forced fumbles. If all goes as planned Thursday, he’ll be the first Nittany Lion taken in the first round of the draft since Saquon Barkley in 2018.

Parsons is certainly showcasing his outgoing personality with the suit choice, which was also featured on ESPN’s “Hey, Rookie: Welcome To The NFL.” The Nittany Lion joined fellow former college football star Kyle Pitts and several others as their preparation for the pros was documented.

Along with Parsons, Jayson Oweh and Pat Freiermuth are both expected to be picked either Thursday or Friday night. Other former Penn State football stars such as Shaka Toney, Michal Menet, and several others have also been mentioned as possible late-round picks Saturday afternoon.
