‘K2 Roots’ Juicery To Open On South Fraser Street

A new cold-pressed juicery is set to open in downtown State College sometime soon.

K2 Roots will debut at 109 S. Fraser Street, the former location of Salúd Juicery that was deemed “abandoned” in January.

According to a sign on the door, the franchise is “coming soon,” but the official opening date and hours are unknown at this time. It is also hiring all positions “soon.”

K2 Roots will sell cold-pressed juice that is 100% raw, fresh, and free of artificial sweeteners and preservatives, according to its website. In addition to juices, the shop will sell wellness shots and multi-day “cleanse kits.”

Additionally, K2 Roots offers free delivery with a four drink minimum on Mondays and Thursdays to State College, Boalsburg, Port Matilda, and Bellefonte zip codes.

K2 Roots has another location in Port Matilda. It also sells products at Rothrock Coffee and Pump Station Cafe in Boalsburg.

K2 Roots will join Mexican restaurant El Jefe’s Taqueria as the latest offerings to make their way to downtown State College.

We’ll update this post with more information as it becomes available.
