State College Police Seek Help Identifying Theft Suspect Who Defecated At HERE Apartments

Talk about a wild Arts Fest weekend, huh?

State College police are asking community members for help identifying an individual allegedly involved in theft and criminal mischief downtown this weekend.

The suspect, pictured below, allegedly stole items from HERE State College’s rooftop common area alongside another involved man who’s already been identified. The depicted suspect also allegedly urinated and defecated on an apartment door in the building.

The incident allegedly occurred at around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 10. The HERE complex is located at 131 Hiester Street.

Anyone with additional information regarding the suspect is encouraged to contact the State College Police Department by calling (814) 234-7150, sending an email, or submitting an anonymous tip.
