Visit Onward State At The Bellisario College Involvement Fair

Ever wanted to meet the beautiful faces behind your favorite Penn State blog? Better yet, want to learn how to become one of those lucky student bloggers? Look no further than this fall’s Bellisario College of Communications Involvement Fair.

From 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24, Onward State will set up shop in the HUB’s Heritage Hall to recruit talented students and help folks learn more about this little ol’ blog. If you’ve ever wanted to know more about joining our staff, now’s your chance.

At the fair, you can talk to a few of our editors and staffers and pick their brains about Onward State. Feel free to ask us questions about our application before it closes this week. Heck, if we like you enough, you might even head home with some vintage Onward State swag.

Onward State’s fall application closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 27. As always, we’re looking for talented writers, photographers, designers, and more to join our team — especially freshmen! Check out our full post to learn more about joining our staff.

Can’t make it to the HUB Tuesday but have burning questions for us? Send an email to managing editor Matt DiSanto at mattdisanto@onwardstate.com
