Crowdsource: Why Did You Choose Penn State?

Becoming a Penn State student is the reward for years of hard work and dedication. Committing to University Park is a long road with questions and doubts along the way, but every alum knows the final destinations of Old Main, Beaver Stadium, and the rest of campus are worth every struggle.

That said, the last year and a half altered the way students view college. Penn State seems to be a bit larger than we remember. Plus, thousands of sophomores and freshmen hardly knew what Penn State offered since they might’ve toured campus virtually.

We’re all here for a different reason, and that’s the best part. Each student sits together in the same room, running through the same motions, but all for different reasons.

It’s only right to ask the sappiest and most emotional question: Why did you choose Penn State?

Fill out the form below on why this campus felt most at home for you. Really dig deep within your Nittany Lion pride and tell us why you decided on Dear Old State. If we like your response, you just might be featured on our site!
