Fraser Street H&M To Close September 19

After almost five years in business, downtown State College’s H&M is set to close its doors for good on September 19, according to a customer service representative.

The reason for the retail store’s closure remains unknown. For now, a customer service representative said the shutdown is “per the staff.”

Since its opening in 2016, State College’s H&M has served as a one-stop shop for job interview outfits, formal dresses, and trendy accessories. If you’re still in need of a wardrobe revamp, downtown shops like Connections, People’s Nation, and Urban Outfitters may be the spot for you.

H&M, located at 118 S. Fraser Street, will continue its normal operating hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday until it closes for good.
