Natty Nittany: Fall Fashion Is Back In Season

With the return to in-person classes fully underway, you may have noticed some of your fellow classmates serving some fresh ‘fits during these first two weeks of classes. In case you didn’t, we took the time to grab some photos of outfits that caught my eye.

Don’t fret if you weren’t featured or if your go-to look screams more “I woke up in this.” These Penn Staters have enough fashion to go around.

Juan Mendez

Juan Mendez, a second-year journalism major, kept it simple and clean with a classic white t-shirt and light wash baggy jeans. Mendez is a natural in front of the camera (absolute serve).

Emma Houston

Emma Houston, a senior art history major, showed off a Halara skirt (which had shorts with pockets built in!) paired with a fun, thrifted button-down blouse. Emma also had some sick handmade earrings on.

Hannah Williams and Aurelia Bankston

Uh, hello. We wish we looked this cool. Hannah Williams, a senior public relations major, is sporting a classic, black tank top, mom jeans combo with her “safety net,” a hat that was handmade by a close friend. Aurelia Bankston, a second-year astronomy and astrophysics major, kept it chill with a baggy, earth-toned flannel.

Kaitlyn Search

Kaitlyn Search, a first-year civil engineering major, made sure to flash these absolutely sick jellyfish socks.

Maddie Rancourt

Senior biobehavioral health major Maddie Rancourt couldn’t wait to bring out some early fall fashion. If you’re wondering where to cop the ‘fit, Maddie said most of her clothes are from Urban Outfitters.

Chloe Evans

Chloe Evans, a first-year musical theater major, looked best dressed going to her math class by rocking a cropped polo and some mom jeans.

Essence Fullwood and James Leavy

As a bonus, some Penn State graduates were spotted taking a lovely, fashionable stroll through campus. Essence kept it fun with a periwinkle dress, and James brought the beach to campus with this button-down.
