Blue & White Bottle Shop Opens On West Beaver Avenue

Beer lovers, rejoice!

A new bottle shop opened in downtown State College this week just in time for the rowdy crowds that’ll flood State College this weekend for the home opener against Ball State.

The Blue & White Bottle Shop is located at 222 W. Beaver Ave., which is the former location of Brewsky’s Bottle Shop. According to the hours listed on Google, the new shop will be open seven days a week on the following schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Friday — 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
  • Saturday — 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.
  • Sunday — noon to 9 p.m.

The shop sells a wide selection of alcohol including beer, seltzers, ales, lagers, wheat beers, variety packs, porters, stouts, bocks, and wild/sour beer.

Customers can shop in-store or schedule a pick-up order online. There’s no fee or minimum to order through the website. Customers can search for their alcohol of choice or browse through the various tabs.

Additionally, the Blue & White Pub will be opening next door at some point in September, according to its website. A grand opening event will occur in late October.

The bottle shop and pub are both actively hiring part-time and full-time staff.
