Penn State To Debut ‘Helmet Stripe’ Theme Against Michigan

Penn State football is pulling out all the stops when No. 7 Michigan rolls into town next weekend.

Beaver Stadium will debut a new “helmet stripe” stadium layout on Saturday, November 13 when the Nittany Lions take on the Wolverines. To complete the look, most of Beaver Stadium will wear white, while sections EEU, EE, WE, and WEU will wear blue. It’s basically just another White Out, but it resembles Penn State’s classic helmets.

Penn State’s matchup with Michigan was originally announced as a student section White Out way back when promotions were revealed in July. Of course, Beaver Stadium’s full-stadium White Out came against Auburn on September 18.

A kickoff time and broadcast destination for Penn State-Michigan remain up in the air.
