17 Nittany Lions Represent Penn State On 2022 NFL Pro Bowl Ballot

Penn State has been pumping out NFL talent at an incredible rate in recent years. The number of Nittany Lions in the NFL is currently at an all-time high, with many players making winning (and sometimes losing) contributions for their teams on a weekly basis.

Many are even widely considered some of the league’s biggest stars. This year, 17 Nittany Lions will have the opportunity to represent their alma mater in the league’s annual Pro Bowl.

Those on this year’s ballot include…

  • Miles Sanders, running back, Philadelphia Eagles
  • Saquon Barkley, running back, New York Giants
  • Chris Godwin, wide receiver, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • Allen Robinson, wide receiver, Chicago Bears
  • Jason Cabinda, fullback, Detroit Lions
  • Mike Gesicki, tight end, Miami Dolphins
  • Pat Freiermuth, tight end, Pittsburgh Steelers
  • Donovan Smith, offensive tackle, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • Austin Johnson, defensive tackle, New York Giants
  • DaQuan Jones, defensive tackle, Carolina Panthers
  • Micah Parsons, linebacker, Dallas Cowboys
  • Odafe Oweh, defensive end, Baltimore Ravens
  • Amani Oruwariye, cornerback, Detroit Lions
  • Adrian Amos, safety, Green Bay Packers
  • Robbie Gould, kicker, San Francisco 49ers
  • Blake Gillikin, punter, New Orleans Saints
  • Cam Brown, linebacker/special teams, New York Giants

Fans can vote here for their favorite Nittany Lions here through Thursday, December 12. To do so, you’ll need to have an active NFL account to participate. If you don’t have one, it’s free and easy to sign up.

The Pro Bowl is back taking place in person after a year of the virtual experience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The annual game will be held in Las Vegas on Sunday, February 6.
