Movin’ On Announces Return To IM Fields In 2022

Penn State’s end-of-the-year music festival will officially return to an in-person format next spring, according to a teaser clip posted by the group Thursday afternoon.

Movin’ On said it will finally return to the IM Fields next spring on April 29, better known to most students as the last day of classes.

For now, it’s unclear which acts will perform in front of a crowd of Penn Staters next spring. Movin’ On’s featured acts are typically revealed during the spring semester.

Last year’s Movin’ On festival went virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Rapper Flo Rida headlined, while Pink Sweat$ and FlooringCo. also performed through a Zoom stream and feed provided by WPSU Radio.

2020’s Movin’ On festival was ultimately canceled due to the pandemic. Its lineup would’ve featured Foster The People, Sasha Sloan, Lil Yachty, and Two Friends.
