Bryce Jordan Center Chickie’s & Pete’s Now Open

After initially teasing it in December, the Bryce Jordan Center officially opened a Chickie’s & Pete’s stand. Now, it’ll serve its famous crab fries at every event at the arena.

Those crab fries will run you $10 a bucket. Additionally, the kiosk located outside Portal 30 will serve beef and chicken cheesesteaks for $12 apiece.

On Twitter, the BJC said its Chickie’s & Pete’s stand will remain open for all arena events. Listed hours on Penn State Eats, the university’s mobile ordering service, suggest the stand will also serve food from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursdays, and 1 to 3 p.m. on Sundays.

The first opportunity to get your hands on some crab fries comes on Tuesday night when Penn State men’s basketball faces Rutgers during its annual THON Game. Tip-off from the BJC is set for 6:30 p.m.
