Your Guide To Updated Campus Dining Hall Hours & Offerings

Last fall, Penn State Dining adjusted its hours due to staffing issues and a shortage of workers. As students arrive for the spring semester, dining hall hours are shifting back to normal. However, there are a few changes to note when you’re ready to catch a meal.

One of the bigger updates is that Redifer Commons dining is officially back open on the weekends. Additionally, Fresco Y Caliente is reopening Sunday to Thursday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. this semester.

Jim Meinecke, Penn State’s associate director of residential dining, said that East Food District is adding a late-night buffet from 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, too.

With that in mind, here’s a closer look at Penn State Dining’s hours for the spring semester:

East Food District

Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Market East

Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
