Crowdsource: How Do Dancers Recover From THON?

Another THONWweekend has come and gone. Penn Staters danced, sang, probably cried, and even broke a new fundraising record.

Congratulations, THON 2022 dancers! You did it! And now that the big weekend has passed, we want to hear how you and your body are recovering from 46 hours of no sitting or sleeping.

Did you go right to bed? Take a long shower? Craft a magic revitalization cure? Stare at your wall and process the weekend? Whatever you may have done, we want to hear about your recovery process and how it went.

Fill out the Google Form below to key us in on your top tricks. We’ll share it with our readers next week to hopefully inform the next crop of THON dancers before it’s too late.
