Mark your calendars, folks! Penn State Homecoming 2022 finally has a date.

On Friday, Homecoming announced its yearly festivities will begin on Sunday, October 16, and culminate with the Nittany Lions’ clash against Minnesota at Beaver Stadium on Saturday, October 22.

Currently, no kickoff time is set for Penn State’s matchup with Minnesota. Traditionally, Homecoming games kick off in the afternoon, either at noon or 3:30 p.m.

Additionally, the annual Homecoming Parade is set for Friday, October 21. Stay tuned for more information on other yearly festivities, including the Allen Street Jam street carnival or For The Glory talent show.

“We are excited to announce the dates for Homecoming 2022,” said Homecoming director Tim Nevil. “We look forward to welcoming all Penn Staters back home to campus again this fall to celebrate and remember their time in State College.”

This year’s Homecoming theme, revealed at THON 2022, is “One Community, Forever A Home.” The annual logo should be revealed during Penn State’s Blue-White spring football game, which is slated for April 23.
