15 Nittany Lions To Participate In Penn State Football’s March 24 Pro Day

Fifteen former Penn State football players are set to participate in the program’s annual Pro Day at 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, March 24, at Holuba Hall.

At the event, participating Nittany Lions will complete drills and go through a series of tests in front of NFL scouts, executives, and coaches in an attempt to boost their stocks ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft, which kicks off on Thursday, April 28.

In past years, you could catch the Pro Day action on the Big Ten Network, but television information has yet to be announced for this year’s event.

All eight Nittany Lions who attended the NFL Scouting Combine — Jahan Dotson, Jaquan Brisker, Arnold Ebiketie, Brandon Smith, Jordan Stout, Jesse Luketa, Tariq Castro-Fields, and Rasheed Walker — will take part in the team’s Pro Day. Additionally, seven more players are expected to participate: Ellis Brooks, Max Chizmar, Drew Hartlaub, Vlad Hilling, Derrick Tangelo, Benjamin Wilson, and Eric Wilson.

With several Nittany Lions generating their fair share of hype as the draft approaches, there figures to be plenty of representation from NFL teams on hand to watch the likes of Dotson and Brisker flash their skills.

Last year, eight Nittany Lions participated in the program’s Pro Day, and six of them went on to be drafted in the 2021 NFL Draft, including defensive studs Micah Parsons and Odafe Oweh.
