[Photo Story] Topgolf Live Stadium Tour Comes To Beaver Stadium

This past weekend, Beaver Stadium welcomed guests to experience Topgolf Live during its national stadium tour stop in State College.

Students, alumni, families, and more gathered to an upper platform in the stadium to play and enjoy the beautiful State College weather from Thursday, June 2, to Sunday, June 5.

With over 30 locations in the United States, Topgolf is a driving range game played with electronically tracked golf balls. Players receive points based on their shot’s proximity to a range of targets. Points are kept track on a small screen behind each group’s bay.

After taking an elevator to the fourth floor of the stadium, guests were shown to their allotted bays. Extra activities like putting greens, photo ops, and food were available for purchase inside the stadium.

The weather was sunny and humid over Topgolf Live’s takeover weekend. Many guests were seen wearing sunglasses and applying sunscreen between their turns.

Ranging from beginners to pros and children to adults, fans enjoyed this unique summer activity and experienced Beaver Stadium in a whole new way.
