If you’re interested in joining Onward State and want to find out more about it, now’s your time to do so. Come visit us at the Bellisario College Involvement Fair, folks!

From noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, Onward State will be set up in the Bellisario Media Center in the Willard Building. A handful of our editors will be there to recruit potential applicants, answer any questions, or just have a nice chat.

Now’s your chance to meet the faces behind the blog and find out the answers to any lingering questions you may have before our application closes.

Our fall application closes at noon on Sunday, September 4. As always, we’re looking for eager and talented writers, photographers, graphic designers, and even podcasters to join our team. There’s a place for everyone at Onward State…as long as you’re not boring and are ready to bring creative ideas to the table. Penn State students of all ages are encouraged to apply — especially freshmen!

If you produce content for Onward State, people will see it. Onward State is one of the largest student-run media outlets in the world, and it boasts an audience of hundreds of thousands of like-minded people who are eager to read about Penn State and express their opinions.
