THON 2023 Committee Applications Now Open

Do you want to get involved with the largest student-run philanthropy in the world? Well, you’re in luck, as committee member applications for THON 2023 are now open.

To apply, head over to THON’s website and sign in with your Penn State SSO credentials. Then, you can view descriptions of each committee and available positions within each group. Students can join more than a dozen committees, including dancer relations, finance, entertainment, and more.

To get a general idea of what their interests are, new applicants will be asked to choose from one of four preference groups — Awareness, Facilitation, Fundraising, and Public Relations. Returning committee members will be able to select a specific committee they would like to be placed on.

All THON committee applications are due at 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 15. Applicants will know the final status of their applications by Sunday, October 2.

THON 2023’s 46-hour dance marathon is scheduled for February 17 to 19.
