‘Seats For Servicemembers’ Applications To Open September 13

Penn State football’s 11th annual Seats for Servicemembers application will open at noon on Tuesday, September 13.

Veterans, service members, and military family members can apply for complimentary tickets to the Maryland game on Saturday, November 12. The event falls during Penn State’s military appreciation week.

Tickets will be given to individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of service is required.

All active-duty, guard, and reserve military members, veterans, and fallen and gold star families are eligible to redeem one ticket for themselves and three other tickets for immediate family members.

Additionally, qualifying individuals can purchase a maximum of two other tickets for $35 each during the request process. You can also purchase and donate tickets to service members and veterans for $35.

A pregame military appreciation tailgate will be held at the Bryce Jordan Center. Tickets or proof of service is required for admission. You can request tickets to the tailgate here.

Last year, more than 7,500 military members attended Penn State football’s Military Appreciation game, which took place against Rutgers.
