‘Rally In The Valley’ Food Truck Event Returns September 18

State College’s annual “Rally in the Valley” food truck event is set to return this weekend.

The event kicks off at noon on Sunday, September 18, on the 200 block of South Allen Street. It will run until 3 p.m.

All proceeds benefit Housing Transitions and Centre House homeless shelter programs.

A number of local food trucks will be in attendance, including Bonnie’s Blues Smokeys & Sweets, Brazilian Munchies, Carter’s Table, Crumbkowski, Happy Dishes, Happy Valley Chef, Idou Coffee, Real Taste 570, Rebelz Mobile Cuisine, Rosie’s Pierogies, and Sunset Slush.

Acoustic duo “Hops & Vines” will perform between noon and 2 p.m., followed by the “Brass Rats” for the last hour. Additionally, there will be a number of activities, including face painting, games, and a raffle.
