Penn State-Minnesota To Air On ABC
No. 10 Penn State’s prime-time matchup with Minnesota on October 22 will air on ABC, Penn State Athletics announced on Monday.
The annual White Out game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. under the lights at Beaver Stadium.

This will be the second time this season the Nittany Lions play on ABC. In order from the first game to the upcoming Michigan matchup, Penn State has played/will have played on FOX, ABC, CBS, the Big Ten Network, ESPN, and FOX.
Penn State is coming off its bye week that was preceded by a 17-7 win over Northwestern. Up next for the Nittany Lions is a trip to Ann Arbor to take on No. 5 Michigan in the Big House. Minnesota, which just had its bye week, too, previously suffered its first loss of the season in a 20-10 defeat to Purdue. The Golden Gophers will take on No. 24 Illinois this upcoming weekend.
This will be the first clash between the two teams since 2019 when Minnesota gave Penn State its first loss of the season on a November day in Minneapolis. The Golden Gophers’ last trip to Happy Valley ended with a 29-26 overtime win for Penn State in 2016.
In addition to serving as the White Out, the October 22 matchup will also be Homecoming, so the Nittany Lions will don their “Generations of Greatness” uniforms.
