‘Mac Street Express’ To Open Loaded Mac And Cheese Stand In Beaver Stadium

Beaver Stadium is adding loaded mac and cheese to the gameday menu.

Mac Street Express, courtesy of Mac Street Station, is presented by Timothy Witcher, who is the former champion of Chopped, the popular show on Food Network. Witcher has opened restaurants in New Jersey that specialize in making wings and doughnuts.

Fans will be able to purchase loaded mac and cheese above the student section in the south endzone.

This isn’t the first new grub stand to open up in Beaver Stadium this season. “Scott’s Roasting,” a Bellefonte-area barbecue joint, announced before the season on Facebook that it’ll have a stand inside the stadium for the entire 2022 season. The menu at Scott’s Roasting features pulled pork, nachos, and sausage sandwiches.

You’ll get your chance to get your hands on some loaded mac and cheese this Saturday when Penn State takes on Minnesota in the annual White Out game. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
