Penn State Ranked No. 13 In AP Top 25 Poll

Penn State came in at No. 13 in this week’s AP Top 25 Poll.

James Franklin’s squad is coming off a 45-17 White Out victory over Minnesota Saturday night after a crushing loss to Michigan in Ann Arbor the week before. Sean Clifford finished the game completing 23-of-31 passes for 295 yards, one touchdown, and an interception. Tight end Theo Johnson led the receiving game for the Nittany Lions with 75 yards and a touchdown on five catches.

Ohio State stayed at No. 2, while Michigan came in at No. 4 and Illinois at No. 17.

As for the USA Today Coaches Poll, Penn State moved up three spots to No. 13, Ohio State moved up to No. 2, Michigan stayed at No. 4, and Illinois clocked in at No. 18.

Penn State will hit the gridiron again at noon on Saturday, October 29 when it takes on No. 2 Ohio State in arguably its biggest game of the season. The game will be broadcast on FOX.
