Penn State Libraries To Host ‘De-Stress Fest’ Through Finals Week

Finals week is approaching, folks.

Although this time of the year can get stressful, Penn State Libraries’ annual De-Stress Fest is back in hopes of offering students an emotional reprieve during finals week.

The event will take place across five libraries on campus. Options will range from free snacks, games, art therapy, and other stress-relieving activities at various locations.

Here’s a full look at the De-Stress Fest schedule:

Tuesday, December 6, To Thursday, December 8

Take a mental break with puzzles, crafts, and snacks from 5 p.m. to close in the Architecture and Landscape Architecture Library, which is located on the first floor of the Stuckeman Family Building.

Sunday, December 11, To Tuesday, December 13

Enjoy free coffee and snacks from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Mann Assembly Room, located on the first floor of the Paterno Library.

Sunday, December 11, To Thursday, December 15

Enjoy coloring, jigsaw puzzles, and snacks all day long in the Fletcher L. Byrom Earth and Mineral Sciences Library. Group collaboration rooms, One Button Studio, a virtual reality center, comfy seating, and table space are also up for grabs.

Monday, December 12, To Thursday, December 15

Check out coloring activities, puzzles, snacks, and drinks all day in the Hammond Building’s Engineering Library. Group study rooms and One Button Studio are also up for grabs.

Monday, December 12, To Thursday, December 15

Once again, enjoy coloring, jigsaw puzzles, and snacks in the Physical and Mathematical Sciences Library inside Davey Lab.
