Penn State Announces Official Rose Bowl Travel And Game Ticket Packages

Penn State football is headed to Pasadena to play in The Granddaddy of Them All, folks.

For those of you planning to attend the Rose Bowl, the Penn State Alumni Association, the Nittany Lion Club, and Penn State Athletics have a number of travel and game ticket packages available.

There are currently two travel and three ticket packages available on the Penn State Sports Travel website. It’s also important to note that the travel packages do not come with a ticket to the Rose Bowl game. Here is a list of all of the packages:

Travel Packages

Three-Night Land Only (E-Central)

The three-night package includes a stay at the E-Central in downtown Los Angeles. This stay will be from Saturday, December 31, to Tuesday, January 3. It also includes access to the official welcome event, pep rally, optional community service project, pregame tailgate, gameday transportation, a souvenir, and a lanyard. For quad occupancy, this package is $1,370 per person.

Two-Night Land Only (Hyatt Regency LAX)

The two-night package has a reservation at the Los Angeles Airport Hyatt Regency. This package starts on New Year’s Day and lasts until Tuesday, January 3. While this package doesn’t include the Penn State welcome event, it does have the pregame tailgate and gameday transportation. This is the cheapest package at $1,130 per person in a quad.

Game Ticket Packages

Hospitality Access

Along with an official ticket, the Hospitality Access package will hold an event in a secured perimeter area during the pregame. The access includes food and drinks available for purchase, as well as live entertainment and games. The ticket prices start at $256 per person.

Rose Club

Much like the Hospitality Access package, the Rose Club offers an official ticket and a secured perimeter area event. But, the Rose Club offers all-inclusive food and drinks, live entertainment, and games. This package starts at $605 per person.

Club 1902

The final ticket package includes an official ticket but also has VIP access to the hospitality area. The Club package has even more amenities, as it includes premium food and drinks, a pregame field pass, and a “Rose Bowl Legend” meet and greet. This final package starts at $755 per person.

The Rose Bowl will take place at 5 p.m. on January 2, 2023, in Pasadena, California. The Nittany Lions will face the Pac-12 Champions, the Utah Utes.
