We Want To Hear Advice From Former THON Dancers

With THON Weekend 2023 coming up in less than two weeks, dancers have already started to prepare for 46 hours of no sitting or sleeping.

Regardless of preparation, it’s hard to know exactly what to expect as a THON dancer before you experience it. Perhaps some words of wisdom from those who have already made it through the weekend will do the trick for this year’s group of 707 dancers.

Whether you danced in 1973 or 2022, we want to hear what helped you throughout your THON experience. What advice would you give future dancers? How should they prepare? What kinds of things will help them last the 46 hours? How should they unwind after the big weekend?

Fill out the Google form below to let us know your best tips. We’ll share our favorites next week, just in time to help those who are dancing for THON 2023!
