Apply To Be Onward State Stud Charlie Pegler’s Valentine

If your calendar is currently open on the evening of Tuesday, February 14, fret no longer, ladies. We have one, simple question for you: “Have you met Charlie?”

Onward State staffer Charlie Pegler is on the market, and he’s looking to spend Valentine’s Day with a lucky counterpart. He’s a sophomore majoring in finance and hails from Darien, Connecticut. In high school, he became close, personal friends with Saquon Barkley, and plans on featuring the former NFL Rookie of the Year on Onward State’s Podcast, Podward State.

Charlie is looking for a special someone who would like to sit back, cuddle, and watch re-runs of Penn State football’s 2016 Big Ten Championship, Peaky Blinders, or Breaking Bad. The handsome fella is always down to discuss the legacies of Joe Paterno and Derek Jeter, too. He doesn’t typically cook food, but he’s been known to cook with his words over several nice, candlelit dinners.

Without further ado, let’s get to know Charlie a little bit better:

Name: Charles Manning Pegler
Age: 19
Looking For: A Division I athlete (hey, Penn State women’s soccer) or anyone who loves a good, high-level joke.
Likes: Blondes, Morgan Wallen, Chief Keef, chicken parmesan, Mike Poorman, and Stu Feiner
Dislikes: The Eagles, LeBron James, marriage, Shannon Smith, and easily-offended people
Fun Fact: Charlie pitched a no-hitter for his high school baseball team as a junior!

If Charlie’s taste sounds appealing, why not apply to be his Valentine? He’s looking to accept some roses!
