Two Penn State Men’s Hockey Players Earn All-Big Ten Honorable Mentions

Penn State men’s hockey seniors Kevin Wall and Connor MacEachern have each earned All-Big Ten honorable mentions, the conference announced Tuesday.

For Wall, it’s his second All-Big Ten mention, while MacEachern earned his first All-Big Ten honor.

Wall notched 16 goals during the 2022 campaign, tied for sixth-most in the Big Ten and ninth-most in Penn State single-season history. Wall is also ninth all time at Penn State for career goals and 10th in career points.

MacEachern tallied 11 goals with 13 assists during the season, the second most goals scored by a Nittany Lion this year.

The Nittany Lions will likely be back in action for the first round of the NCAA Tournament next Friday, March 24, at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Penn State will find out its first-round opponent at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, during the selection show.
