Former Penn State Cornerback Storm Duck Transfers To Louisville

Former Penn State football cornerback Storm Duck announced his transfer to Louisville Wednesday afternoon as a graduate transfer.

Duck entered the transfer portal on April 21 after recording just one tackle in the 2023 Blue-White Game. He previously transferred to Penn State from North Carolina on December 28, 2022.

The Boiling Springs, South Carolina, native earned second-team All-ACC honors after recording 46 tackles, three interceptions, and one forced fumble during the 2022 season. Duck had 103 tackles, five interceptions, and a defensive touchdown over four seasons as a Tar Heel.

The 6’0″, 205-pound cornerback is the sixth player to officially transfer away from Penn State this offseason. Offensive lineman Jimmy Christ transferred to Virginia, cornerback Marquis Wilson transferred to Purdue, defensive lineman Fatorma Mulbah went to West Virginia, and linebacker Jamari Buddin took his talents to New Mexico State. Additionally, wideout Devin Carter transferred to West Virginia after being committed to Penn State for only nine days.
