Penn State Hoops To Compete In 2023 ESPN Events Invitational

Penn State men’s basketball is heading to Disney, folks.

The Nittany Lions will compete in the 2023 ESPN Events Invitational from November 23 to 26 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Orlando, Florida.

Penn State will join an eight-team field featuring Boise State, Florida Atlantic, Iowa State, Texas A&M, VCU, Virginia Tech, and Butler. The tournament bracket is expected to be released later this summer.

In a field full of familiar faces, Penn State will potentially rematch Butler, Virginia Tech, and Texas A&M following the teams’ 2022-23 challenges. Head coach Mike Rhoades could also possibly battle his former team VCU.

Fans can purchase tickets for the tournament when the tournament schedule and bracket are completed later in the summer. However, folks can sign up for a ticket pre-sale and find more travel information here.
