THON Announces 2024 Theme: ‘Treasure Every Adventure’

THON’s Executive Committee announced the theme for THON 2024 ahead of the start of Friday’s Penn State Homecoming parade.

This year’s THON theme is “Treasure Every Adventure.”

“This organization, and this theme fully encapsulate that there is beauty to be found in every moment that life gives us, and how vital it can be to find gratitude in them all,” THON’s press release read. “THON is a place for families and kids to be themselves. It is a place where they can share their experiences and adventures, and they will be welcomed with open arms. Here, we take the adventures that our children have been on, no matter how dark or bright they may be, and we treasure them with our whole hearts.”

Following the announcement of the THON 2024 theme, the THON 5K will take place on Sunday, October 22. Folks can register for the 5K here, and all runners will receive a complimentary meal.

THON 2024 will take place from Friday, February 16, to Sunday, February 18, at the Bryce Jordan Center.

“Treasure Every Adventure is something that can mean different things to every single person,” the release said. “Big or small, long lasting or short term, everyone’s adventure is different, and everyone’s adventure has helped to further the mission of THON. This theme reminds us that we do not just have love for our families and this organization, we truly cherish this thing we know to be so special and unique.”

We dance in 126, folks!
