[Photo Story] Fall Foliage Dazzles Happy Valley

Break out the sweaters, heat up the hot chocolate, and throw on some Charlie Brown because winter is around the corner, folks.

Many of the trees across have been busy preparing for the colder weather by showing off their vibrant oranges, yellows, and reds, giving us one last look at their fall colors before we slip into the deep, dark depths of a Pennsylvania winter.

Luckily for you, the past few weeks, our photographers have been hard at work capturing these changes and beautiful colors, immortalizing them for when you need a little pick me up from that seasonal depression.

The walks to class have been sprinkled with luscious leaves and views, adding a little wonder to your 9 a.m. trot.

The main attractions on campus also had to get in on the action.

It wouldn’t be a Penn State fall without a few photos of Old Main.

The valley had to show off its colors, too.

Pollock Road was one of our favorite places to catch all the foliage action.

Nothing better than a sunny fall day!

This year’s fall was one to remember, and we’re looking forward to seeing what winter has in store.
