Atlanta Zoo Giant Panda Predicts Penn State To Win Peach Bowl

Yang Yang has spoken.

Zoo Atlanta’s 26-year-old giant panda, Yang Yang, selected Penn State to win the Peach Bowl in his annual prediction ahead of the December 30 battle.

Yang Yang is 4-3 in all-time Peach Bowl predictions but is rolling on a three-game win streak.

“We Are Penn State,” Yang Yang said in a promotional video released Thursday.

The giant panda chose between a blue Penn State box and a red Ole Miss box in his enclosure in Atlanta, ultimately opting for the Nittany Lions’ treat box and subsequently predicting the blue and white as the victor.

Yang Yang and remaining Penn State fans can tune into the Peach Bowl at noon on Saturday, December 30, from Atlanta, Georgia. The game will be broadcast on ESPN.
