Brainstorming Penn State-Themed Pillsbury Cookie Flavors

Who wants cookies?

If there’s one brand that dominates the break-and-bake, holiday-themed cookie market, it’s Pillsbury. The doughboy has been cooking up some festive holiday treats for years, so, in honor of the holiday season, we thought we’d try our hand at designing some of our own Penn State-themed Pillsbury cookies.

Let’s take a look.

Lawn Boyz

When one of Penn State’s running backs finds the end zone, there’s nothing we’d rather do than eat some pre-cut holiday cookies. An odd habit, sure, but can you blame us? They’re delicious!

Old Coaly

The Nittany Lion gets a lot of credit, but Penn State’s original mascot, Old Coaly, should get some love, too. This cookie features the silhouette of our favorite donkey in the school’s original pink color.

Four Diamonds

What’s better than cookies? Cookies for a cure! We figured if Pillsbury ever made Four Diamonds cookies, some of the proceeds could be donated to THON.

White Loop

We feel like this one would be really popular not only among Penn State students but also toddlers fascinated with transportation in their ~vehicle era~.

Pawprints

We know we said Old Coaly doesn’t get enough love, but we couldn’t forget Penn State’s most iconic (and current) mascot: the Nittany Lion. This cookie features his pawprint in a signature blue.

Dynasty

Penn State football lets Nittany Lion fans down from time to time, but you know who doesn’t? Penn State wrestling. That’s why it gets its own cookies.
