Penn State Women’s Soccer Adds Tennessee Midfielder Jordan Fusco

Less than a month after the end of its postseason run in the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight, Penn State women’s soccer is already making additions for next season.

The Nittany Lions announced the signing of Jordan Fusco, a transfer from Tennessee. Fusco, a midfielder, was named to the All-SEC first team at the conclusion of the 2023 season.

Fusco will arrive in Happy Valley with one year of eligibility remaining.

Fusco appeared in 19 games this season, all of which she started. She led the team in total shots and shots on goal, and she was tied for second in the points category with six goals and four assists.

The Olmsted Township, Ohio, native played in 61 total games in Knoxville and notched 14 goals, 10 assists, and 38 points through 4,102 minutes played.

Fusco announced her plans to depart the Volunteers on December 8 before ultimately selecting Penn State as her final college soccer destination. She will join the Nittany Lions along with Kayleigh Herr, who announced her transfer from North Carolina five days ago.

Penn State midfielder Luciana Latino, meanwhile, announced her transfer to Tennessee on December 6.
