The Best Of Mike Rhoades’ Twitter Likes

Alright folks, who’s ready for part two?

Last week, we looked at a few of James Franklin’s notable Twitter likes, and this week, it’s Penn State men’s basketball head coach Mike Rhoades’ turn. The vast majority of Rhoades’ likes involve all things basketball. From highlights to play designs and recruiting, he’s liked it all.

However, out of his 378 likes and counting, there are a few that stand out from the rest.

Rhoades’ Spirit Animal Is…?

What spirit animal is Rhoades? We refuse to answer that, so we’ll let you decide. Let’s just hope it isn’t a giraffe.

Barstool National Anthem

What’s more patriotic than Big Cat singing the National Anthem in a boxing ring with Caleb Pressley and Jersey Jerry barely holding an American flag behind him? Probably nothing, and we think Rhoades would agree.

Hassan Whiteside Reels

Believe it or not, Hassan Whiteside averaged a double-double in six straight seasons in the NBA. Now, he’s out here talking to Tony the Tiger in the middle of a grocery store and getting his garbage cans stolen. Life comes at you fast.

Referee Brawl

Rhoades is one to occasionally get heated on the sideline, but at least he’s never done this. If he were to get into a fight with a ref, we’d take Rhoades.

Ace Baldwin Jr. Recruitment Flicks

They grow up so fast.

We love this tweet so much. Ace Baldwin Jr.’s mom wished the point guard a happy birthday using his recruitment photos, and this might be the best thing you see all day.

Rhoades’ Father-Son Moment

Another wholesome Rhoades tweet. This one goes way back to Rhoades’ coaching days at Rice. But how great is it seeing him putting up shots with his son? We hope Rhoades reads this article just so he can see this picture again.
