We Want To Hear Advice From Former THON Dancers

THON 2024 is rapidly approaching, folks.

When it comes to a hectic, yet impactful weekend like THON Weekend, it’s hard to imagine what exactly to expect as a THON dancer before you participate, no matter how prepared you think you are.

So we figured there’s no one more equipped to offer advice to this weekend’s 708 dancers than those who danced themselves.

Whether you danced in the very first THON or just last year, we want to hear about your THON experience and what got you through the weekend. What advice would you give THON 2024 dancers? How should they prepare for the weekend ahead? What will help them last 46 hours in the Bryce Jordan Center?

Fill out the form below to let us know your best advice to potentially be featured on our site. We’ll share our favorites later this week just in time for THON 2024.
