Brothers Bar & Grill To Open February 15

Update, 4:30 p.m.

A sign in the window at Brothers confirmed the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.

Original Story

Brothers Bar & Grill is set to open on Thursday, February 15, in downtown State College after announcing plans for the location in January 2023.

The sports bar will be located at 134 S. Allen St. in the former location of the Amazon pick-up store directly across the street from Champs.

Brothers will serve a full menu, highlighted by plenty of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wings, and tacos. Staples of the menu include Midwest favorites like cheese curds and fried pickles. It will also have a fully stocked bar with daily drink specials to be announced soon.

The hours have not yet been confirmed, but the application for the liquor license lists anticipated hours of operation as 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.

The restaurant joins 17 other Brothers location that primarily operate in the Midwest. Several other Big Ten towns are home to Brothers locations, including Bloomington, Columbus, and Iowa City.
