Penn State Softball-Michigan State Delay Series To 3 P.M. Friday

With rainy weather in the forecast for Friday, Penn State softball will take the diamond against Michigan State at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 12, at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.

Saturday and Sunday’s contests will still be played as scheduled and are set to begin at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, and 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 14.

Friday marks the start of an eventful weekend at Beard Field as the Nittany Lions host their annual Pink Game. Following this, Saturday’s game will serve to commemorate alumni as the designated Alumni Game.

The Nittany Lions will approach their penultimate home series with momentum after a series win over Nebraska last weekend. Penn State is 28-8 heading into its second to last home series at Beard Field toward the conclusion of conference play.
