[Photo Story] Penn State Wrestling’s 2023-24 Season

Dynasty? Dynasty.

Penn State wrestling capped off another historic season with a third-straight team national title in addition to four individual national championships. Fair to say, the Nittany Lions had a very good season.

As always, our photographers were mat-side to capture all the action. Let’s take a look back at some of our favorite photos from the season.

The Nittany Lions set the tone for the season with some electric entrances.

Once on the mat, Penn State’s wrestlers got ready for battle.

Sometimes wrestling goes a bit airborne.

Wrestling also has its fair share of contortions.

Penn State wrestled with intensity all season.

And the winner is…

Head coach Cael Sanderson has now led the Nittany Lions to 11 of the last 13 NCAA National Championships.

This season was definitely a success.
