Penn State Hoops Guard Bragi Guðmundsson Transfers To Campbell

Another Nittany Lion is on the move.

Former Penn State men’s basketball guard Bragi Guðmundsson announced his transfer to Campbell on Instagram Wednesday.

The move officially ends Guðmundsson’s time in Happy Valley after just one season. During that season, the guard appeared in seven games, scoring a total of six points across his appearances. He finished the 2023-24 season averaging 0.9 points, 0.3 rebounds, and 0.1 assists per game.

Previously, Guðmundsson played overseas in his home country of Iceland for U.M.F. Grindavik. During his final season in Iceland, he averaged 10 points and four rebounds a game.

Guðmundsson will join the Camels with three years of eligibility remaining.
