Try Out To Be The Next Penn State Mic-Person April 23

“Are you ready for Penn State football?!”

If you dream of hyping up Penn State football fans and have a passion for entertaining, this position is for you.

Penn State cheerleading is hosting tryouts inside Beaver Stadium at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, for its next mic-person.

The gig involves getting the Beaver Stadium crowd hyped every gameday and essentially being the Nittany Lion’s hype man while entertaining a crowd of 107,000-plus fans.

All students trying out must prepare a three-minute pep rally routine for a panel of judges and should enter the stadium through the All-Sports Museum.

Students interested in the position can email [email protected] for more information.
