Report: Penn State Hoops To Host Penn On December 29

Penn State men’s basketball is set to host Penn on Sunday, December 29, according to CBS Sports insider Jon Rothstein.

Penn State has faced its similarly-named opponent 49 times, winning 19 of those matchups. The two teams last played in Philadelphia in 2013 when Penn State won 83-71.

The Nittany Lions’ schedule has slowly become more filled out over the past several months. Penn State confirmed it will play Virginia Tech in the Hall of Fame series in Baltimore, while Rothstein also reported the Nittany Lions are set to face Buffalo on December 1 and play in the 2024 Sunshine Slam.
